Richard is the co-founder and Managing Director of PCS. For over 25 years, Richard has worked closely with senior executives as a leadership coach, and with businesses to assess senior executives for leadership positions. Richard works with top executives to help them to analyse their impact and maximise their contribution to the business success in terms of delivering results, growing the business, developing teams and managing key stakeholders. He has a reputation for being intellectually challenging, visionary and as having the ability to simplify complex issues to identify ways forward. He has worked internationally as a leadership coach and in the UK, he has delivered an award winning Executive Development Programme designed to help potential Board candidates to understand their impact, set goals and accelerate their progress to Board level.

Richard is married with 2 children. He has strong sporting interests. He has played international squash at Squash Masters level, and he is a keen, regular low handicap golfer.


 
Arwyn Reynolds – Managing Consultant

Before working as a consultant business psychologist Arwyn worked for over 10 years in the steel and microchip manufacturing industries in operational, training and development and human resource management roles. His management and business psychology experience gives him an unique perspective on the problems that businesses face and the solutions that can make the most impact on business performance. He specialises in assessment and leading projects to improve organisational effectiveness by defining performance standards, identifying training needs and training solutions. He is also bilingual English/Welsh, and he delivers services in both languages to meet client needs.
He has co-authored a Self-Assessment Quality manual based on the Business Excellence Model, and he has authored a Coaching Skills Handbook to help managers develop their coaching skills.

Arwyn is married with 2 children. He has strong sporting interests, particularly in rugby, where he was a member of Llanelli and Bridgend’s first teams for several years. He played for Llanelli Rugby Club against South Africa when they narrowly lost by a single point. Arwyn is also a keen and regular golfer.


 
Julia Richardson – Consultant Business Psychologist

Julia is a business psychologist with many years experience developing individuals at all levels within organisations. Julia specialises in working with businesses and individuals to maximise performance through assessment, training, team building, coaching and career development. Past assignments include developing and delivered graduate assessment centres for financial services and automotive sectors. She has designed and administered management assessment and development programmes across a range of financial services, retail and manufacturing clients. She has also designed and delivered senior management group programmes to improve communication, personal effectiveness and embed new performance cultures.

Julia is married and helps her husband at weekends manage their equestrian livery business. Julia is a keen horse-rider and she will be found exercising her own horse ‘Ghost’ most weekends.

 

 
Lindsey Wegner - Business Support Team Manager  
   

Lindsey is our Office Manager and she joined PCS in 2004. Lindsey has extensive experience in dealing with customers and managing the administration of projects where a rapid response, quality of individual support, flexibility and delivery are vital. Lindsey brings a strong commitment to managing client needs and requirements, and she will be happy to help you with any enquiries or information that you would like about our services.

Lindsey lives with her partner and their daughter, and she is a keen photographer and fundraiser for the local school.
